We provide high quality transitional care and purpose built accommodation for young people and adults with complex needs aged 16 and over.

We are proud of our commitment to the highest quality care services. We provide:

Supported Living Services for young people aged 16-25 years old leaving care.
Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disability supported living services for adults aged 18 to 65 years old.
Personal Assistant support for young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour.
Floating Support.
Domiciliary Care for children and adults.
